This month we would like for you to take a deeper look into Coo Coo’s Café

Coo Coo’s Café

19 W. Pacific
Henderson, NV 89015
702-568-5069

Many residents and businesses of Downtown Henderson have come to love Coo Coo’s Café for its delicious coffees, homemade sandwiches, fresh fruit smoothies and real old-fashion shakes. But that is not the only reason customers love this Café.

Coo Coo’s Café owner Paul Christiance always wanted to have his own restaurant, and when he took over the coffee house back in 2001, the first thing he did was listen to what his customers wanted in a café. Soon Paul discovered that his customers wanted more than just coffee. They wanted food, specialty teas, salads, smoothies, shakes and much more.  Paul embraced his customer’s ideas and has even named some of his innovative drinks and shakes after his customers to show his appreciation.

“We are local, we love our customers and we love being downtown,” Christiance said. “We listen and we are customer-focused and we rely heavily on our repeat business thanks to our supporters.”

In addition to its customer-friendly menu options, Coo Coo’s Café provides delivery and catering services to businesses and residents located in the downtown Water Street District area. Paul also prides himself on being a community partner and will cater a fundraiser for area schools to raise $1 for every item sold.

According to Paul, the hottest seller on the menu is the Funky Monkey, which is an ice-blended mocha drink mixed with bananas. To check out one of Coo Coo’s Café’s signature drinks or any other delicious menu item, you can visit the restaurant Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 p.m. or on Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Sundays except during large special events.
